Our 2026 Member Survey Results

Thank you to everyone who participated in our 2026 Member Survey! We truly appreciate your feedback so that we can continue to improve our service to members.

We are excited to announce that we achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 73 this year! A Net Promoter Score is used to measure customer loyalty and identify areas to improve by calculating the difference in percentages of promoters and detractors. For credit unions, the average NPS hovers around 60, consistently outperforming the broader banking industry, which averages 30, according to an article by CUInsight.

We are thrilled to have a strong member base and look forward to finding more opportunities to enhance our offerings and better our customer service!
