Meet the MSCU Team: Lillie Davis
When you stop by your credit union, you’ll be greeted with friendly, familiar faces and representatives who care. Our team is always ready and willing to help you with whatever you need – whether it’s a question about your checking account, some personal finance advice or direction in a major life purchase. Meet Lillie Davis, Branch Manager at the Stratford location.
Q: How long have you been a part of the MSCU Family?
A: 5 years and 10 months.
Q: What is your most rewarding story when you know you really helped a member?
A: I remember when I helped a member back in 2018. They needed an auto loan and a credit card. She loved the customer service I provided and really appreciated the help with her financial needs. Because she was so satisfied, she introduced me to her HR manager, and her company agreed to become a partner with MSCU (SEG). To this day, I am still her family banker and she continues to refer her friends to me.
Q: What is a typical day like in your role?
A: I help members in person, on the phone and go on the road to do business development.
Q: What are some tips that you want people to be aware of when joining a credit union?
A: Credit Unions don’t care about what your background is, what your lifestyle is, or what your financial level is. We are here to help everyone with their financial needs.
Q: What is one of the most important things you have learned at MSCU?
A: The most important thing I have learned is that MSCU is not about sales numbers. We truly care about our members and we’re always willing to help with their financial needs. Especially right now, a lot of our member’s lives have been shifted due to COVID. We are here for them. Like our CEO says: People help People.
