Beware of Fraudulent Calls from MSCU Impersonators

It has come to our attention that some of our members have received phone calls from Mutual Security Credit Union impersonators, notifying them of fraudulent attempts to use their debit card. The call looks legitimate, matching our name and phone number.

The caller has been requesting the following information:

•    Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number

•    Date of Birth

•    Mother’s Maiden Name

•    Zip Code

•    One-Time Password

Please know that Mutual Security Credit Union will never initiate phone calls or texts seeking sensitive and personal information.
